This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee infrastructure implementation projects from the planning phase to delivery, ensuring that all initiatives are completed punctually, within the defined scope, and in alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and technical resources to achieve successful project results.
• Provide project management for multiple simultaneous Infrastructure projects by creating realistic delivery and implementation plans with project resources.
• Ensure adherence to PMO best practices, standards, and frameworks throughout project execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive work breakdown structure of project milestones, deliverables, and tasks to ensure timely and budget-conscious task completion.
• Lead the communication of project scope, goals, and responsibilities to the project team.
• Establish clear expectations and engagement models for project sponsors and stakeholders, managing these throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively lead and manage program tollgates, risks, issues, mitigation strategies, dependencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise the work of technical personnel, including network, compute, and storage engineers, providing support and guidance as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain reporting protocols while monitoring performance in project control activities; prepare and disseminate reports related to project activities, health, risks, issues, and budget.
• Foster collaboration and accountability with Tower Leads, Service Managers, Global Operations personnel, and Suppliers to ensure infrastructure projects are developed and executed thoroughly and timely in alignment with business needs.
• A minimum of ten (10+) years of project management experience, including developing project schedules, managing team resources, creating work breakdown structures, and estimating size and effort for new deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of PMO, SDLC, and governance best practices.
• Ability to effectively implement project management methodologies and enforce project standards.
• Self-motivated individual capable of tackling complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in project management software tools as well as other productivity tools, including MS Office, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written).
• Capability to drive complex project efforts to successful completion.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to offer competent and proactive leadership.
• Ability to forge cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners.
• Solid business acumen and sound judgment.
• Proficient in negotiation and influence across all organizational levels.

• Possess excellent technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Familiarity with infrastructure concepts and experience managing technology projects; knowledge of ITSM methodologies (e.g., ITIL) is desirable.
• Experience in an IT outsourcing environment and/or managing IT service provider(s).
• Experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies is a plus.
• PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
