IT Program Manager – Pharma Transformation Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Spearhead large-scale IT transformation projects, encompassing SaaS implementations, legacy system upgrades, and digital modernization efforts.

• Oversee comprehensive program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and budget control.

• Propel commercial platform transformation efforts, focusing on CPQ, order management, and optimization of the order-to-cash process.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams from Business, IT, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and external partners.

• Lead migration activities related to carve-outs and TSA, ensuring the successful separation and transition of systems, processes, and services.

• Manage communications with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and program reporting.

• Ensure alignment of business goals, technology plans, and regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Track program performance, dependencies, and risks while implementing effective mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification is preferred.

• At least 8 years of program management experience leading significant enterprise IT transformation initiatives.

• Proven track record in delivering SaaS implementations, modernizing legacy systems, and driving enterprise platform transformation programs.

• Extensive experience with CPQ, order management, commercial systems, and global system consolidation projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing carve-out, divestiture, TSA-based migrations, or IT separation programs.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, financial governance, vendor management, and risk management skills.

• Experience in global pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Proficient in English, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
