IT Program and Project Management Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead global, cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver complex projects and/or programs that align with client expectations and business requirements.

• Manage projects that involve various technology disciplines and/or significant re-engineering of business processes.

• Build and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Clearly communicate project scope, objectives, responsibilities, and stakeholder expectations.

• Address complex challenges that require critical thinking.

• Comply with strict reporting requirements.

• Monitor performance in project and program control activities.

• Identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies.

• Effectively engage with senior business and technology leaders.

• Contribute to the Technology Project Management Office and support continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.

• 8+ years of experience in IT project and/or program management.

• Direct experience with both waterfall and agile project management processes and methodologies.

• Proficient in stakeholder management.

• Advanced knowledge of project management tools, including Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Experience in a contact center environment is preferred.
