IT Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess customer requirements, industry developments, and competitors through comprehensive market and user analysis.

• Collaborate closely with sales leadership, business executives, clients, and technical teams.

• Formulate and communicate the product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog while actively participating in planning sessions.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and introduce products and features.

• Utilize the continuous delivery pipeline to deliver value with increased speed and reliability.

• Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies for product deployment.

• Collect and evaluate customer feedback to enhance product offerings.

• Direct and manage the entire product lifecycle, including vision, roadmaps, and backlog management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management within technical and professional customer service sectors.

• Technical proficiency with Salesforce.

• Experience in engaging with strategic partners and fostering strong partner relationships.

• Familiarity with product management tools and software, such as ADO, along with Agile methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of technical and professional customer service.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Capability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly and clearly.

• Dedication to comprehending customer needs and providing solutions that surpass expectations.

• Experience in an Agile environment, emphasizing iterative product development.

• Willingness to travel by air and ground, adhering to the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
