IT Product Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily Agile delivery processes of the Product team by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and ongoing improvement.

• Manage the Azure DevOps backlog and sprint boards to maintain accurate work items, priorities, and delivery data, while also tracking important sprint metrics and team performance.

• Eliminate obstacles, handle dependencies, and coordinate efforts among internal teams, external resources, and third-party delivery partners.

• Direct the complete delivery of significant platform modifications, including upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and migrations, in conjunction with ongoing BAU/product delivery.

• Keep delivery plans, RAID logs, resource plans, budgets, and governance reports up to date.

• Organize testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support activities.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and prioritize the roadmap, balancing team capacity across BAU, enhancements, and major projects.

• Act as a primary delivery contact for business and IT stakeholders, providing updates, managing risks and expectations, and leading communications for major releases and changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or IT Delivery Manager, guiding cross-functional teams and Agile ceremonies.

• Extensive experience in delivering projects from start to finish, including planning, managing risks/issues, overseeing budgets, governance, and reporting.

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira for managing backlogs, sprints, and work items.

• Experience in delivering change across enterprise applications/platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle, with a solid understanding of the related business processes.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities, with the ability to effectively engage with delivery teams and senior business/IT stakeholders.

• Familiarity with a Product Operating Model and comfortable adapting between Agile and traditional project delivery methods.

• A pragmatic, hands-on problem solver who can eliminate obstacles, manage competing priorities, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
