IT Infrastructure Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned projects from initiation to completion.

• Strategically plan and execute projects according to the terms of signed agreements, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Apply project and process management methodologies, standards, and tools effectively.

• Facilitate project kick-off meetings and act as the primary escalation point for any issues that arise.

• Generate precise monthly forecasting reports for staffing and financial analysis.

• Support project bids and proposals, including negotiation of terms and subcontractor pricing.

• Actively identify and mitigate risks while forecasting project trajectories.

• Guarantee that field operations are carried out safely, adhere to industry standards, and comply with signed agreements.

• Estimate costs and revenues of projects and work orders throughout their life cycles.

• Maintain comprehensive project information, including job progress, photographs, daily tracking reports, and job costing.

• Manage project data and information using company-provided tools and systems.

• Serve as the primary communication liaison between internal and external parties.

• Develop organizational partnerships and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for new business with assigned customers.

• Promote operational excellence across invoicing, technician arrival, project objectives, productivity, and project margins.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and improve NPS scores.

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, SLAs, and customer satisfaction standards.

• Participate in and contribute to weekly Operations meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a project environment, preferably within the IT Infrastructure sector, with comprehensive project accountability.

• Capacity to foresee potential issues and proactively troubleshoot to resolve them.

• Strong capability to articulate technical problems, gather data, ascertain facts, and reach valid conclusions.

• Ability to critically analyze ideas and employ logic to assess their strengths and weaknesses.

• Aptitude for comprehending new information or materials through study and practical engagement.

• Proficient in effectively communicating and presenting information in a clear, concise, professional, and grammatically correct manner.

• Skill in building collaborative relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing education.

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• PMP or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
