IT Infrastructure Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Administer and provide support for Windows Server/Linux servers, encompassing installation, updates, patching, and monitoring.

• Conduct basic Active Directory administration, which includes managing users, groups, GPOs, and permissions.

• Offer support for the Hyper-V virtualization environment, including the creation and monitoring of VMs as well as basic troubleshooting.

• Address and resolve incident and service request tickets within established SLAs.

• Oversee the infrastructure and raise alerts/incidents as necessary.

• Document procedures and operational routines for clarity and consistency.

• Assist with backup routines and verify jobs when applicable.

• Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or specialists as required.

• Cover the afternoon/evening shift to ensure operational continuity beyond standard business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Service Desk operations and ticket management.

• Familiarity with ITSM and meeting SLAs effectively.

• Proven experience in providing customer/user support.

• Background in computer systems and technical support.

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English or Spanish is a plus.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
