IT Delivery Lead – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee major IT deliveries from initial approval to compliant go-live within the IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Manage delivery checkpoints, including AI versus automation classification, Team Confirmation, Go/No-Go assessments, release, and project closure.

• Verify readiness for production delivery.

• Maintain registers for dependencies, change freezes, and project risks.

• Validate feasibility with dependency owners prior to committing to timelines.

• Propel decisions, approvals, and escalations to resolution.

• Ensure a designated deputy is appointed for each gate approver.

• Coordinate GxP compliance and validation outputs, encompassing risk assessment, Validation Plan, Process Risk Assessment/FMEA, test evidence, release notifications, and validation summaries.

• Safeguard the audit trail.

• Manage the release runbook and navigate production changes through change management, including CAB review for significant changes.

• Sequence sign-offs and establish hypercare and monitoring responsibilities prior to go-live.

• Facilitate daily standups, maintain Jira hygiene, and uphold a shared Definition of Done.

• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and demonstrations.

• Conduct delivery retrospectives and uphold shared templates and the delivery playbook.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree-level education or comparable professional experience.

• Desirable delivery, project, or agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL).

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, coordinate, and drive tasks to completion without direct authority.

• Confident in facilitating agile ceremonies.

• Methodical use of Jira and delivery tools.

• Familiarity with AI and automation governance.

• Comfortable working with AI-enabled delivery tools.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a tendency to identify risks and dependencies early.

• Proven track record in delivery or project management, successfully implementing technology changes in a regulated environment, preferably in GxP/life sciences.

• Strong understanding of compliance sequencing and validation, including CSA/GAMP 5 and change management.

• Commitment to audit-grade documentation standards.

• Experience in delivering automation/RPA and AI-enabled solutions.

• Acquainted with GxP computerized system validation and quality frameworks, including 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ICH E6(R3).

• Data literate with experience in resolving cross-system data-readiness challenges.
