IT Community Manager, Mini-job / Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and respond to pertinent inquiries in IT forums, communities, and various online platforms.

• Develop concise technical content that conveys intricate IT subjects in a clear and engaging manner.

• Collaborate closely with product management and the development team to grasp new features and use cases early, aiding in their communication.

• Continuously observe trends, discussions, and issues within the target audience to create relevant content.

• Establish and nurture an active community around sync-blue®.

• Showcase practically how sync-blue® synchronizes contacts between Outlook, iPhones, CRMs, and other systems.

• Address inquiries from IT users directly or prepare useful posts and brief guides.


⛳️ Requirements

• Availability of 10–15 hours per week.

• A keen interest in IT and cloud tools.

• Technical comprehension and hands-on experience in an IT setting, such as through training, studies, professional work, or personal projects.

• A passion for writing about technical subjects.

• Capability to present complex information clearly and tailored to the intended audience.

• Enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies and a readiness to learn through practical experience.

• Proficient and stylistically accurate written communication in German.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.

• Enjoyment in actively engaging with the community.

• Ideally situated near Münster for occasional meetings in Dülmen.
