This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Drive sales and enhance care pathways for patients with cross-lysosomal storage diseases.

• Ensure formulary access to improve patient outcomes and meet organizational objectives.

• Expand and develop the rare disease business within the designated region.

• Nurture existing business relationships and discover growth opportunities through lead and trigger follow-ups.

• Engage with community prescribers and leverage digital leads to identify undiagnosed patients.

• Educate prescribers to refer diagnosed but untreated patients.

• Collaborate with the CSAD to co-create customer value account plans and execution metrics.

• Manage five therapeutic areas along with seven brands.

• Develop and obtain approval for account-specific strategies.

• Meet and surpass patient sales targets.

• Construct and implement account plans.

• Foster relationships with healthcare providers.

• Inform healthcare providers about Sanofi's rare disease therapies.

• Develop and articulate scientific knowledge of xLSDs and Sanofi's offerings.

• Raise awareness of xLSD signs and symptoms, including constructing family trees.

• Educate stakeholders on diagnostic pathways, testing procedures, and free testing initiatives.

• Communicate the clinical benefits, efficacy, and safety value propositions.

• Provide education on product administration, treatment expectations, adherence, and compliance.

• Support referral networks and promote referrals to appropriate specialists.

• Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Sanofi team members across various functions.

• Travel to assigned accounts and regions as required.

• Report to the Commercial Strategic Account Director (CSAD).


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of success, ideally in rare diseases or specialized therapeutic areas.

• Strategic sales mindset with the ability to analyze complex market conditions and devise innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong executive presence.

• Proficient in digital literacy with a digital-first approach.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with key stakeholders.

• Resourceful with strong prospecting abilities.

• Must complete all fleet safety training.

• Must maintain an acceptable driving record concerning accidents and incidents.

• Must be a resident of the United States or Puerto Rico.
