This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Clue Community, an anonymous in-app peer-support platform.

• Evaluate flagged posts and comments, taking action in accordance with community guidelines.

• Determine whether to comment, relocate posts, eliminate content, ban users, or allow content to remain, ensuring to provide clear justifications.

• Safeguard member anonymity and report any potential GDPR concerns.

• Eliminate clinical advice and unverified health claims.

• Adhere to the crisis protocol when a member may be in danger.

• Escalate ambiguous cases, appeals, and threats.

• Document removals, bans, and monitoring decisions in the shared moderation log.

• Compose moderator responses in the Clue voice.

• Redirect inquiries to Customer Support or relevant teams.

• Relay feedback to the Product and Science departments.

• Share insights and observations for future feature development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in moderating or supporting an online community, forum, or social channel; volunteer experience is acceptable.

• Exceptional written English skills.

• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous, particularly Spanish and/or Portuguese.

• Composed and steady judgment on sensitive matters.

• High level of discretion and a strong commitment to privacy.

• Ability to closely adhere to guidelines while confidently flagging cases that deviate from them.

• Interest in AI tools and their potential to enhance careful, human-centric work.

• Organized and dependable; capable of documenting decisions, maintaining a daily routine, and following through on tasks.

• A passion for reproductive health or women's health is a plus.

• Basic understanding of GDPR or the EU Digital Services Act is beneficial.

• Training in mental health first aid or crisis-awareness is a plus; support will be provided to obtain this training.

• Familiarity with Slack, Google Sheets, or community platforms is an advantage.
