This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the business to establish the vision and strategy for business systems.
β’ Develop and implement product roadmaps while measuring the value delivered to the business.
β’ Oversee demand management, project and incident escalation, vendor relationships, release planning, and cross-departmental coordination and communication.
β’ Work alongside business partners to determine business value and define product boundaries.
β’ Take ownership of the product or product-line strategy, roadmap, and feature specifications.
β’ Analyze product definitions in relation to the industry landscape and conduct build-versus-buy assessments.
β’ Coordinate product architecture and solution design that includes processes, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions, and custom applications.
β’ Create release plans that outline feature functionality based on business value and time-to-market considerations.
β’ Evaluate infrastructure and software-as-a-service (SaaS) pricing and licensing models.
β’ Assess the organization's capacity, change management, training, and communication requirements.
β’ Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product effectiveness.
β’ Anticipate product obsolescence and develop migration strategies for data transition capabilities.
β’ Collaborate across the organization with project managers, iteration managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery, adoption, and effectiveness.
β’ Analyze cost versus benefit and return on investment (ROI).
β’ Adjust product direction in response to evolving business needs and identify associated risks and mitigation strategies.
β’ Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the role as designated by leadership.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
β’ Experience working across various IT departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and industry.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
β’ Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
β’ A bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
