IT Clinical Solutions Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the business to establish the vision and strategy for business systems.

• Develop and implement product roadmaps while measuring the value delivered to the business.

• Oversee demand management, project and incident escalation, vendor relationships, release planning, and cross-departmental coordination and communication.

• Work alongside business partners to determine business value and define product boundaries.

• Take ownership of the product or product-line strategy, roadmap, and feature specifications.

• Analyze product definitions in relation to the industry landscape and conduct build-versus-buy assessments.

• Coordinate product architecture and solution design that includes processes, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions, and custom applications.

• Create release plans that outline feature functionality based on business value and time-to-market considerations.

• Evaluate infrastructure and software-as-a-service (SaaS) pricing and licensing models.

• Assess the organization's capacity, change management, training, and communication requirements.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product effectiveness.

• Anticipate product obsolescence and develop migration strategies for data transition capabilities.

• Collaborate across the organization with project managers, iteration managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery, adoption, and effectiveness.

• Analyze cost versus benefit and return on investment (ROI).

• Adjust product direction in response to evolving business needs and identify associated risks and mitigation strategies.

• Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the role as designated by leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.

• Experience working across various IT departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• A bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.

• Adherence to security responsibilities, controls, applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
