• Convert business requirements into actionable IT tasks.

• Serve as an advocate for divisional leadership during enterprise IT planning.

• Ensure that technology implementations support safe and efficient healthcare operations.

• Foster trusted relationships with division leadership and relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in prioritizing IT demands and guide divisional IT requests.

• Collaborate with corporate IT leaders to prioritize projects.

• Monitor IT service performance and address any service gaps.

• Partner with project managers and divisional stakeholders to ensure initiative alignment.

• Promote adherence to corporate IT standards and cybersecurity protocols.

• Communicate IT changes effectively to divisional stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of coordination for resolving IT issues.

• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience, typically 5+ years, in IT leadership, client delivery, relationship management, healthcare technology operations, or similar roles.

• Extensive knowledge of IT service delivery, demand management, incident escalation, project delivery, change management, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Previous experience in healthcare operations or healthcare IT within hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, or other care delivery settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory, privacy, security, audit, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and relevant corporate governance standards.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to support divisional leadership, facility engagement, critical initiatives, escalations, projects, and operational reviews; expected travel up to 50%.
