This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the readiness workbook and communication strategy for a phased, multi-bureau identity platform migration.
• Facilitate engagement with application owners for legacy workloads transitioning to the new platform, which includes identifying owners, managing readiness intake, coordinating entitlement cleanup, handling cutover communications, and providing post-cutover support messaging.
• Develop end-user enablement materials, such as manager and approver job aids for access request and certification workflows, accompanied by training sessions aligned with each migration wave.
• Assist identity governance working groups by managing agendas, capturing decisions, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-through.
• Convert agency-specific dependencies into inputs for the program schedule and entries for the risk register, assigning named owners.
• Manage the change intake process for platform configuration modifications, which includes defining submission criteria, logging, triaging, and sprint entry.
• Uphold the change control framework by managing categories, approvals, documentation, evidence, back-out expectations, and escalation procedures.
• Oversee the change calendar by sequencing configuration changes with migration waves, agency change windows, and blackout periods.
• Monitor vendor-driven platform releases, evaluate their business impact in collaboration with platform architects, and issue proactive communications.
• Govern the production promotion process by ensuring that each change has a change record, test evidence, a named approver, and advance notice to impacted application owners.
• Review change requests for security relevance and route flagged items to security and compliance within a defined SLA.
• Track security-driven change tasks to completion and escalate any stalled items.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with 5 to 10 years of experience leading IT change management and user-adoption initiatives.
• Certification in Prosci, PMP, or a comparable change-management methodology.
• Background in federal IAM modernization or cloud migration change readiness programs.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, communications, and intake coordination.
• Familiarity with SailPoint and RadiantOne and their impact on end users within the organization.
• U.S. citizenship is required, along with the capability to obtain and maintain a Moderate risk federal public trust clearance throughout the engagement.
• Ability to fulfill federal onboarding requirements, which include a background investigation, fingerprinting, and mandatory security and PIV training.
