This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional support and enhancement of essential Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules, particularly in Demand Management, S&OP Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, and Production Scheduling.

• Develop and sustain robust working relationships with key business leaders across supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement sectors.

• Perform comprehensive gap analyses between legacy business operations and Oracle Fusion standard processes.

• Design, configure, and document Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, including BR100 configurations and MD050 functional designs.

• Recognize and showcase opportunities for automated workflows, technical solutions, and process enhancements within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, while evaluating and implementing new features in quarterly updates to maximize capabilities within the SCM planning area.

• Organize and carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test scripts, and spearhead data migration and cleansing activities utilizing Oracle FBDI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of essential experience as an IT Business Analyst, especially concentrated on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations or migrations within the manufacturing sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Extensive functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules.

• Capability to convert complex business requirements into Oracle standard solutions.

• High proficiency in crafting SQL and PL/SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting purposes.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud reporting tools, particularly OTBI and BI Publisher.

• Experience with custom applications in Oracle EPM.

• Understanding of Oracle integration touchpoints (OIC).

• Background in (Lean) Six Sigma and/or Agile/Waterfall Project Management methodologies.

• Certifications: Oracle Cloud SCM Certified Implementation Specialist is strongly preferred. APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a significant advantage. CBAP certification is also beneficial.
