📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with Italian Commercial stakeholders as a member of the European Commercial IT organization.

• Facilitate the implementation of strategic technological initiatives.

• Serve as a bridge between Italian teams and Global/Regional IT functions.

• Participate in digital transformation projects that encompass artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, digital marketing, CRM, and process automation.

• Assist with solutions created using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the advancement of the digital content ecosystem utilizing Aprimo, Anthill, and Veeva Vault.

• Aid in analyzing business processes and documenting, verifying, and validating both current and future-state processes.

• Help in collecting and organizing business requirements.

• Spot opportunities for digital transformation and assist in designing automation solutions.

• Strengthen local IT governance and foster collaboration with global and regional IT teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics.

• Fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in both Italian and English.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI.

• A keen interest in artificial intelligence.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, CRM and digital marketing platforms, or digital content management solutions like Aprimo, Anthill, and Veeva Vault is a plus.

• Ideally, possess curiosity, proactivity, a collaborative and business-oriented approach, a desire to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and a project management mindset.
