Business Analyst – Agentic Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish objectives and success metrics for agentic AI applications.

• Analyze current business processes and uncover opportunities for AI automation.

• Define decision boundaries, escalation procedures, and safety protocols for AI agents.

• Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure AI agent performance aligns with business expectations.

• Create governance structures and audit trails for AI operations.

• Educate users and stakeholders about the capabilities and limitations of AI applications.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of AI/ML concepts, especially agentic AI and autonomous workflows.

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel.

• Strong skills in process mapping and workflow analysis.

• Capability to set clear objectives, boundaries, and escalation protocols for AI agents.

• Understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance within AI systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in user acceptance testing and AI-driven applications.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
