This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +6 more countries.
• Develop and sustain the IT and Cybersecurity audit framework and risk control matrix.
• Perform global IT and Cybersecurity risk evaluations and contribute to the audit strategy.
• Collaborate with teams from IT, Cybersecurity, SAP, internal audit, ERM, and internal controls.
• Lead audits related to IT, Cybersecurity, and SAP, along with special-request audits, advisory projects, process evaluations, and follow-up audits.
• Create audit strategies and planning documentation for specific engagements.
• Oversee all phases of internal audit projects, coordinating with functional management and external audit staff.
• Work alongside business process owners to propose solutions that enhance controls and boost efficiency.
• Assist in developing new or revised audit procedures and innovative methodologies for risk and control assessments, including the integration of AI.
• Support compliance initiatives, offer technical expertise, and manage control testing.
• Continuously enhance technical skills and business knowledge regarding IT, IT Security, Cybersecurity, and internal audit standards.
• Experienced, proactive IT Audit Manager with strong integrity and a sense of ownership.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Capability to lead engagement teams and assigned projects, resolving issues effectively.
• Experience engaging with Senior Management and fostering relationships on a global scale.
• Background in working with diverse teams and an appreciation for cultural differences.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of prior experience in external/internal IT audit.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) credential.
• Familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and EU AI Act standards.
• Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Data literacy with the ability to analyze information from multiple sources.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
• Additional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CIA, familiarity with PowerAutomate, SAP, and knowledge of the Energy Industry are advantageous.
