IT Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Join the team as an IT Architect and take charge of developing the IT solution architecture for a railway sector client, overseeing everything from system analysis to documentation and CI/CD environment setup.

• Collaborate closely with the client’s team to ensure architectural consistency, adherence to security standards, and high-quality delivery throughout all stages of the project.

• Perform system analyses and design the application, integration, and server architecture.

• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation that encompasses business, data, application, and technical layers.

• Ensure that the architecture aligns with TO BE processes and complies with security requirements.

• Model and document business processes along with test scenarios.

• Establish repositories in TFS and configure CI/CD pipelines.

• Work alongside the client using tools such as Sparx EA, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect.

• At least 3 years of experience in overseeing architectural aspects of IT project delivery, including project portfolios across all phases.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting system analyses.

• At least 2 years of direct experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect.

• Familiarity with technologies and high availability mechanisms: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Server, SQL Server, .NET 10+.

• Proficient in notation standards such as ArchiMate 3.1, UML 2.5.1, and BPMN 2.0.

• Knowledge of modern frontend, backend, UI/UX frameworks, and database/integration solutions.

• Fluent in Polish, both spoken and written, with a minimum proficiency level of C2.
