IT Application Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the software and application ecosystem to ensure that all employees operate efficiently.

• Lead the automation of administrative tasks by utilizing established best practices and contemporary tools.

• Link and automate SaaS applications via API integrations.

• Create and continually enhance workflows to streamline data flows and improve business processes.

• Assist helpdesk operations and serve as the primary contact for your designated responsibilities.

• Participate in IT projects, including the deployment of new solutions and migration activities.

• Join the IT Operations team and deliver value through a customer-centric, automation-driven approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position, such as Application Management, Integration Specialist, or related field.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Airtable.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash/Z Shell.

• A keen interest in identifying appropriate use cases for artificial intelligence and effectively integrating AI into daily operations.

• Capability to articulate complex subjects clearly in both spoken and written English.

• An entrepreneurial attitude and a commitment to continuously enhancing and redesigning processes, tools, and frameworks.

• Open-mindedness, adaptability, and a passion for teamwork.

• Excellent English language skills (C1) are mandatory.

• Proficient German language skills (B2) are required.
