📋 Description

• Provides strategic oversight for quality assurance, information technology, data governance, reporting, and organizational process enhancement.

• Leads and supervises the Quality Assurance Manager.

• Oversees IT management and governance to ensure that technology systems, databases, workflows, and automation facilitate reliable operations and accurate reporting.

• Ensures the quality of data, accuracy of reporting, compliance with regulations, adherence to documentation standards, and readiness for audits across the agency.

• Collaborates with departments on data governance, technology strategy, compliance, and initiatives for cross-functional improvement.

• Ensures that quality assurance findings are analyzed, interpreted, and integrated into the agency’s workflows and processes.

• Oversees the performance of the IT Manager and alignment with IT governance.

• Monitors the reliability of systems, flow of data, and integrity of automation.

• Ensures data quality, accuracy of reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Works alongside departments to guarantee adherence to data governance policies.

• Validates monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Leads initiatives for cross-functional improvement.

• Oversees documentation standards and ensures readiness for audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Information Technology infrastructure AND/OR a bachelor’s degree in information technology, data analytics, healthcare administration, public health, business administration, social sciences, quality management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of management experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and IT project management.

• Experience in monitoring Key Performance Indicators.

• Experience in implementing continuous quality improvement practices.

• Strong leadership capabilities.
