IT Analyst / Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, maintain, and enhance the corporate intranet platform, focusing on its content, structure, and integrations.

• Establish, execute, and review access control and permissions policies.

• Ensure the security and compliance of access to internal systems and sensitive information.

• Analyze internal processes for automation opportunities and recommend AI-driven solutions.

• Evaluate the risks, limitations, biases, security, and implications of AI solutions.

• Document processes, access regulations, and automation workflows.

• Collaborate with information security, infrastructure, and business teams.

• Develop and maintain the company’s intranet systems.

• Manage access control for systems and data.

• Implement automation solutions utilizing Artificial Intelligence.

• Work alongside the IT team on Intranet and Automation initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline IT processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in administering corporate intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, proprietary systems, or similar).

• Strong understanding of access control and permissions management (identity management, RBAC/ABAC, Active Directory/LDAP, or equivalent).

• Practical experience with AI tools and concepts relevant to process automation (RPA, AI agents, LLMs, automated workflows).

• A critical viewpoint on AI utilization, with the capacity to assess risks, limitations, biases, and the appropriateness of solutions before implementation.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience in developing intranet systems.

• Knowledgeable in access control and information security practices.

• Proven experience in implementing automation solutions, ideally using Artificial Intelligence.

• Ability to function as part of a team and collaborate on interdisciplinary projects.

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Academic qualification in IT or a related discipline.

• Technical education background.
