IT Analyst, Access Control

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage access, licensing, and entitlement requests in the ticketing system within the specified SLA, ensuring that all requests have the appropriate approvals documented.

• Organize and oversee Okta entitlements, which includes group-based and role-based access, application assignment rules, and the cleanup of individual assignments.

• Monitor SaaS application seat counts and usage, reclaim unused seats, identify over-provisioning, and collaborate with Operations to maintain license counts within budgetary limits.

• Conduct regular access reviews.

• Assist with the onboarding of acquired teams through access mapping, entitlement design, and license consolidation.

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.

• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to departmental activities.

• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to access requests, license expenditure, entitlement hygiene, access reviews, offboarding, and user satisfaction.

• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk, IT support, or identity/access support position.

• Knowledge of Okta (or another identity provider) user, group, and application administration.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets for reconciling license counts, utilization, and cost data.

• Experience with ticketing systems and adherence to approval workflows.

• Vendor management experience is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills; able to politely communicate "not yet" when an approval is pending.

• Advanced spoken and written English skills (B2 level or higher).

• Availability that overlaps with US business hours.
