This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the product to assist sales teams, support customers, promote feature adoption, and relay user feedback to Product teams.

• Manage an international Subject Matter Expert (SME) team while actively engaging in presales, training, product development, and strategic initiatives.

• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of Orbit Intelligence.

• Test and communicate new features prior to their release.

• Grasp technology trends and customer use cases effectively.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement.

• Monitor competitors and uphold the competitive intelligence platform.

• Provide advanced product demonstrations for key prospects.

• Assist sales teams with complex opportunities.

• Address technical questionnaires and respond to RFPs.

• Counsel commercial teams on product positioning.

• Develop marketing content and customer case studies.

• Prepare product presentations, Tips & Tricks sessions, and webinars for prospects.

• Contribute to customer newsletters and events.

• Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and sales.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to enhance the product and advocate for user needs.

• Engage in Co-Development initiatives.

• Analyze and communicate the technical reasons behind lost business opportunities.

• Establish and maintain a proficient global SME organization.

• Facilitate sales success, customer adoption, and satisfaction.

• Shape product strategy based on customer and market insights.

• Enhance collaboration among Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
