Investment Banking Intern, Spring 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models.

• Engage in company and industry research activities.

• Contribute to the creation of client presentations.

• Communicate with senior bankers and clients effectively.

• Complete application materials for the internship, including resume/CV, academic transcript, and answers to application questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Junior or Senior at a university in the US or Canada.

• Maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

• Have a strong academic background from a prestigious undergraduate program.

• Proven ability to write marketing documentation.

• Capability to model transactions accurately.

• Proficient in conducting research.

• Skillful in performing insightful competitive analyses.

• Competent in conducting valuation analyses.

• Experience in financial modeling using Excel.

• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint or better.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• Capacity to produce a significant volume of high-quality work in a short timeframe.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Authorized to work in the US.

• Available to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
