Investment Banking Intern, Spring 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling activities.

• Engage in company and industry research.

• Contribute to the creation of client presentations.

• Liaise with senior bankers and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Junior or Senior at a university in the US or Canada.

• Minimum GPA of 3.5.

• Strong academic performance from a prestigious undergraduate program.

• Proven ability to create marketing documentation.

• Capable of modeling transactions effectively.

• Proficient in conducting thorough research.

• Skilled in performing insightful competitive analyses.

• Experienced in valuation analyses.

• Financial modeling experience using Excel.

• Proficient in PowerPoint at a basic level or higher.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• Capable of producing a significant volume of high-quality work in a short timeframe.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Must have work authorization in the US.

• Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
