This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Execute financial analyses and modeling tasks.

• Conduct thorough research on companies and industries.

• Assist in the creation of client presentations.

• Engage with senior bankers and clients regularly.

• Manage daily investment banking operations in a fast-paced and demanding setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Junior or Senior at a university in the US or Canada.

• Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher.

• Strong academic performance from a reputable undergraduate program.

• Must possess work authorization in the US.

• Proven ability to compose marketing materials.

• Capable of modeling transactions effectively.

• Proficient in conducting research.

• Skilled in performing comprehensive competitive analyses.

• Experienced in conducting valuation analyses.

• Proficient in financial modeling using Excel.

• Basic proficiency or higher in PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• Able to produce substantial amounts of high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
