This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Collaborate closely with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Execute financial analyses and develop financial models.

• Conduct thorough research on companies and industries.

• Contribute to the creation of client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a Junior or Senior at a university in the US or Canada.

• Maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

• Possess a strong academic background from a reputable undergraduate institution.

• Proven ability to draft marketing materials.

• Experience in transaction modeling.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive research.

• Proficient in performing insightful competitive analyses.

• Skilled in executing valuation analyses.

• Financial modeling expertise in Excel.

• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint or better.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• Ability to produce substantial volumes of high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Valid work authorization in the US.

• Availability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
