Investment Banking Intern, Spring 2027

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects

• Execute financial analysis and create financial models

• Carry out comprehensive research on companies and industries

• Contribute to the creation of client presentations

• Engage with senior bankers and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Junior or Senior status at a university in the US or Canada

• Minimum GPA of 3.5

• Strong academic performance from a reputable undergraduate institution

• Proven ability to draft marketing materials

• Proven capability to model financial transactions

• Proven experience in conducting research

• Proven skill in performing thorough competitive analyses

• Proven expertise in valuation analyses

• Experience in financial modeling using Excel

• Proficient or better in PowerPoint

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Capacity to produce substantial amounts of high-quality work within tight deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Eligibility to work in the US

• Availability for full-time work, approximately 40 hours per week
