📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the processing and monitoring of investigator payments.

• Coordinate the pricing and distribution of investigator payments.

• Address payment-related concerns and ensure that investigator payments are delivered promptly.

• Handle the complete process of investigator payments, ensuring precision and adherence to contractual obligations and regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment-related issues.

• Maintain precise financial records and documentation for all investigator payments, complying with both internal and external audit standards.

• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on payment processes and compliance requirements.

• Manage communications and relationships with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and payment issues.

• Enhance team capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a similar field.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level is mandatory.

• Experience in financial operations, ideally within clinical trials or the pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and an emphasis on precision.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
