This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate and carry out investigations into allegations, suspicious activities, or emerging concerns.
• Plan and perform investigations utilizing interviews, surveillance, and document examinations.
• Collect documents, physical evidence, and electronic records while ensuring data integrity is maintained.
• Analyze findings to determine factual patterns and identify risks or deviations from established standards.
• Prepare comprehensive investigation reports that detail methodologies, findings, and corrective actions.
• Keep investigation records, evidence logs, and track follow-up outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal personnel, external agencies, and law enforcement as needed.
• Present findings during meetings, hearings, or court proceedings when required.
• Ensure that investigations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Uphold integrity and confidentiality throughout the investigative process.
• Stay informed about current investigative tools, techniques, and regulatory updates.
• Suggest enhancements to investigative protocols and best practices.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 4 years of pertinent investigative experience.
• Relevant experience may encompass law enforcement, corporate compliance, internal audit, or similar investigative roles.
• A valid Arkansas driver's license is required.
• Specialized certifications may be necessary, such as Certified Fraud Examiner or Certified Forensic Investigator.
• Capability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong observational abilities.
• Familiarity with contemporary investigative tools, data management software, and digital evidence collection methods.
• Dedication to ethical standards, confidentiality, and responsible management of sensitive information.
• Strong critical thinking and efficient problem-solving skills.
• A completed application including work history and references is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Remote, field-based work arrangement.
• Travel using an Arkansas State vehicle.
