Investigation Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee cases that come in through the Shared Mailbox and Hotline.

• Perform preliminary investigations of cases initiated by or received from other departments.

• Ensure comprehensive data collection for thorough investigations.

• Provide direct technical assistance to investigators, litigation teams, and forensic analysts in gathering, preserving, processing, analyzing, and interpreting digital evidence from various open sources, including social media platforms.

• Investigate assigned cases across different risk categories.

• Develop and implement programs, policies, systems, documentation, and investigation plans aimed at fraud prevention and investigation.

• Execute both covert and overt investigations.

• Conduct surveillance and counter-surveillance activities.

• Represent the organization in the prosecution and litigation of cases as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal departments on strategies for risk mitigation.

• Oversee business intelligence initiatives, including mystery shopping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminology or any related four-year field of study.

• Preference for candidates with a background in law enforcement or the military.

• Minimum of three years of experience in investigation, preferably within the finance, banking, or security sectors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
