This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee the listing process from the time vehicles arrive and undergo reconditioning to photography, quality checks, and publication; identify obstacles and ensure resolutions are implemented.
β’ Conduct a final assessment of photographs for required angles, quantity, clarity, and alignment with the vehicle records; request retakes or modifications from onsite teams as necessary.
β’ Generate and review listings by VIN, verifying trim, features, mileage, condition details, descriptions, and EV-specific information against existing source records.
β’ Maintain accurate vehicle status and location in inventory systems, including transfers, returned vehicles, trade-ins, and relistings.
β’ Oversee listings on Everβs website and third-party marketplaces; address issues such as missing photos, incorrect options, outdated statuses, and syndication errors.
β’ Monitor aged and stalled units, pinpoint listing or data discrepancies that can be resolved, and escalate pricing, reconditioning, title, or disposition matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
β’ Uphold clear merchandising standards and report on the timeliness of listings, completeness of photos, accuracy of data, and any unresolved exceptions.
β’ Collaborate with teams across different locations to enhance handoffs and assist with additional inventory projects as volume increases.
β’ Manage the digital inventory and merchandising workflow to ensure the accurate listing of used EVs and prepare them for customer shopping.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in used-vehicle inventory management, digital merchandising, vehicle listings, or a closely related role in a dealership or online retail environment.
β’ Familiarity with EV makes, trims, range, battery information, and the essential details that buyers need to assess a used EV.
β’ Proficient in utilizing a dealer inventory or merchandising platform, such as vAuto or a similar system, as well as third-party listing sites.
β’ Capability to reconcile vehicle records by VIN using spreadsheets, including filters and lookups.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment regarding when to correct a listing, request onsite verification, or escalate an issue.
β’ Excellent written communication skills and the ability to coordinate tasks with teams in various locations while working remotely.
β’ Experience with marketplace feeds, listing syndication, or workflows related to photo quality.
β’ Knowledge of wholesale or auction processes, used-vehicle pricing strategies, or inventory aging analysis.
β’ Proficient in SQL or familiar with data warehousing concepts.
