Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates while assessing their basic coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Share insights on candidates' performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and their coding methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and conducting objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A high degree of professionalism coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection is essential.

• Resumes must be submitted in English.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred, especially in areas like data structures and algorithms.
