This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate closely with Partner Sales Managers to assist in sales with highly technical Microsoft Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers.

• Support Nerdio partners during their initial account implementations.

• Aid Nerdio Support Engineers with trouble tickets and problem-solving tasks.

• Work alongside technical team members to sustain, design, and enhance existing tools and processes.

• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and documentation efforts.

• Participate in product enhancements and the development of new features.

• Collaborate on significant metrics related to go-lives, partner implementations, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) objectives.

• Execute Azure Virtual Desktop deployments, troubleshooting, and conduct technical demonstrations.

• Prior experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments.

• Familiarity with Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory (AAD, Azure AD DS, AD DS).

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.

• Quick decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency.

• Capability to achieve excellent results within tight timelines.

• Comfortable engaging with highly technical customers.

• Adaptable to a high degree of uncertainty and change.

• Experience in conducting technical product demonstrations.

• Background in virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Knowledge of Microsoft networking and applications, including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, and Terminal Services.

• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and TCP/IP networking.

• Familiarity with shared storage systems, including SAN and NAS.

• Project management and planning expertise.

• Competent understanding of networking layers and resources.

• A completed degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
