Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on candidate performance, coding styles, communication abilities, responses to knowledge-based questions, and overall coding methodologies.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Contribute to the creation of inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and conducting objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Resumes must be provided in English.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
