Internship – Strategy & Transactions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Engage in consulting related to strategic decisions, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and investment choices.

• Contribute to real client projects alongside experienced advisors.

• Assist clients with valuations, financial modeling, and financial due diligence in the context of M&A.

• Deliver valuations and analyses across various industries for transactions, dispute resolution, as well as tax and accounting documentation.

• Develop dynamic financial models and analyze historical financial trends.

• Aid clients in understanding the drivers of profitability, risk, and future prospects.

• Support clients in negotiation processes and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant education for the field.

• Currently pursuing a relevant master's degree and in the fourth year of study.

• Demonstrated engagement and initiative, preferably shown through roles, volunteer work, or relevant work experience.

• Strong collaboration skills, curiosity, and interest in technology and innovative problem-solving approaches.

• Good academic performance.

• Motivated to learn, possess high integrity, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality work.

• CV and transcripts from higher education must be submitted.
