Internship – Social Media, Content Marketing & Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing engaging content for social media platforms

• Managing and nurturing online communities

• Providing customer service and addressing client inquiries

• Producing creative content including DIY projects and giveaways for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest in collaboration with the team

• Actively enhancing User-Generated Content (UGC) initiatives

• Building and maintaining influencer relationships

• Offering decorating advice to potential customers through email and phone

• Assisting with decoration projects at prominent venues and for influencers

• Contributing innovative ideas to various projects and campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, design, or marketing

• Ideally possesses some initial hands-on experience in online and social media marketing, along with exposure to the e-commerce sector

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• Comfortable interacting directly with customers

• Willing to appear on camera and engage in social media promotions

• Self-assured and imaginative in generating ideas

• Eager to actively engage in viral marketing efforts

• Preference for candidates with mandatory internship experience

• Minimum internship commitment of 3 months
