• Collaborate closely with the consulting team, share your own insights, and embrace responsibility.

• Examine current trends in the professional development sector and craft customized offerings for diverse target audiences.

• Assist in the creation of innovative training concepts from conception to execution, emphasizing relevance, instructional design, and effectiveness.

• Generate website content, contribute ideas for social media, and enhance the company's digital footprint.

• Aid in optimizing application documents and gain exposure to consulting discussions with clients.

• Take part in potential assessments and assist in preparing and supporting coaching sessions.

• You are pursuing a degree in business psychology, business administration, communications, or a related field—ideally with a focus on HR or marketing.

• You possess a structured working style, demonstrate initiative, and tackle tasks with an analytical and solution-focused approach.

• You have a strong desire to learn about new subjects and actively engage in projects.

• You show interest in digital tools and processes; you enjoy utilizing AI applications like ChatGPT or are eager to explore them with us.

• You maintain a professional and approachable demeanor and enjoy collaborating with others.

• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
