Internship Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in advancing the platform and existing solutions to achieve the next level.

• Transform JYMMiN into a key partner for prominent brands in the rehabilitation industry.

• Work in collaboration with team members, partners, investors, and musicians globally.

• Evaluate current solutions and facilitate their market introduction.

• Manage strategically significant projects from the brainstorming phase through prototyping to operational execution and refinement.

• Enhance segments of the value chain through ongoing process optimization.

• Establish and execute business infrastructure to lay the groundwork for robust growth.

• Engage with scientific and business stakeholders in collaborative efforts.

• Conduct market analyses to uncover customer and market-specific requirements.

• Motivated, proactive, and innovative approach to work.

• Strong enthusiasm for making an impact in music, fitness, and health.

• Currently enrolled or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Some professional experience is beneficial; however, it is not mandatory; experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical and pragmatic working style, with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Availability for a duration of 2 to 6 months.

• Internship is mandatory for students.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
