Founder's Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founders, acting as their trusted advisor.

• Take charge of significant tasks that directly impact the founders.

• Oversee internal projects from their initial concept to full execution.

• Enhance and expand sales and marketing frameworks, including HubSpot, webinar processes, and analytics.

• Monitor and implement strategic initiatives.

• Prepare proposals, tenders, and audits.

• Assist in recruitment and team development.

• Create and implement content strategies to position Headstart Collective as a thought leader.

• Contribute to shaping formats for LinkedIn, webinars, and podcasts.

• Oversee the content pipeline across all platforms.

• Ability to anticipate future needs and recognize emerging priorities.

• A sharp eye for details while maintaining an understanding of the broader context.

• Exceptional project management abilities.

• Proficient, articulate German and competent English; Swiss German is advantageous.

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders, both within the organization and with clients.

• High digital literacy and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, or other automation tools is a plus.

• Experience in an agency, startup, or consulting setting is beneficial.
