This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Serve as a representative for the executive during meetings, providing strategic insights and making decisions that align with their vision.
• Assist in establishing and executing the company's priorities.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective execution.
• Prepare and present executive reports, presentations, strategic memos, and other essential communications.
• Distill complex information into actionable insights.
• Identify bottlenecks, enhance workflows, and adopt best practices.
• Oversee high-priority projects and ensure they are executed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with department leaders to coordinate cross-functional efforts and align with company goals.
• Set and monitor KPIs to assess success and drive ongoing improvement.
• Manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Cultivate relationships throughout the company and connect leadership with teams.
• Guide teams in fulfilling strategic objectives.
• Partner with HR, finance, and other departments on organizational planning and talent strategies.
• Supervise select individuals or teams in accordance with business objectives.
• Work closely with the supported Executive, senior leadership, department heads, key stakeholders, and the Operations Manager.
• Professional fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Minimum of 8 years in a communication-intensive role at a reputable organization.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• An undergraduate degree is preferred, though relevant work experience is also considered valuable.
• MBA, CFA, CIM, CIPM, or CIMA certifications will be viewed as a beneficial addition.
• Capability to work inclusively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to work a split shift with some overlap with the client’s time zone.
• Availability to attend in-person training sessions during the first 3.5 weeks.
• In-person training programs during the initial 3.5 weeks.
