This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable advisor and strategic thought partner to the CEO regarding enterprise priorities, risks, opportunities, and decisions.
• Facilitate executive discussions and key stakeholder engagements, including interactions with the Executive Team, Board, and partners.
• Ensure alignment and execution of enterprise priorities among the Executive Team and various business units.
• Convert decisions into explicit ownership, actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Recognize barriers, dependencies, and resource requirements; aid in their timely resolution.
• Enhance the operational rhythms, decision-making, accountability, and follow-through of the Executive Team.
• Foster transparency concerning priorities, risks, dependencies, resource needs, and progress.
• Bring organization, analysis, and sound judgment to complex or unclear enterprise challenges.
• Establish trusted cross-functional relationships that promote collaboration and drive results.
• Transition to another role within the organization within a 12–24-month period.
• 10–15+ years of experience in the insurance/financial services sector or in business management or consulting.
• Proven leadership during significant business events.
• Demonstrated capability to influence executive decision-making, align the enterprise, and execute effectively under pressure and uncertainty.
• Ability to function efficiently across various functions and link strategy, operations, finance, risk, talent, technology, and customer outcomes.
• Skill in connecting long-term strategy with immediate execution, priorities, accountability, and measurable results.
• Proficient in building trust, influencing without direct authority, and achieving alignment among diverse stakeholders and perspectives.
• Competent in articulating complex issues clearly and simply through executive, board, verbal, written, and presentation materials.
• Enterprise-minded, decisive, resilient, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, disruption, and change.
• Accountable for outcomes and capable of constructively challenging while preserving trust, alignment, and commitment to one TruStage.

• Preferred experience includes financial services, insurance, banking, technology, consulting, or another regulated industry.
• Preferred experience in leading organizational, cultural, or enterprise transformation.
• Executive leadership experience in a complex organization, including collaboration with executive teams or board governance is preferred.
