International Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations within the international department

• Ensure the precision, dependability, and security of criminal record checks, employment and educational verifications, and other related services

• Process client inquiries and manually input requests

• Monitor delayed orders and comply with custom client specifications

• Conduct research to fulfill customer orders efficiently and thoroughly

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and uphold client trust

• Provide timely updates and results in accordance with InformData and client expectations

• Utilize knowledge of products, services, and workflow to process orders in line with policies and procedures

• Maintain communication with vendors to foster enduring relationships

• Ensure searches are updated with necessary information within stipulated time frames

• Adhere to established Standard Operating Policies and Procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)

• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Adaptable and capable of multitasking

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel

• Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve problems while communicating solutions

• Experience in designing process workflows and developing standard operating procedures

• Basic understanding of data structures

• Ability to work indoors at a desk for extended periods

• Capacity to understand and follow work instructions in a fast-paced team environment

• Ability to engage professionally with all levels within the organization and collaborate effectively as a team member

• May be required to work overtime occasionally
