International Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily functions of the international department.

• Ensure the precision, dependability, and confidentiality of criminal record searches, employment and education verifications, and additional services.

• Handle client requests, which includes manual entry of requests.

• Monitor delayed orders and comply with specific client requirements.

• Conduct research to process customer orders effectively and efficiently.

• Safeguard proprietary information and uphold client trust.

• Provide timely updates and results in line with company and client expectations.

• Utilize knowledge of products, services, and workflows to process orders in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with vendors to build enduring relationships.

• Update searches with necessary details within specified time frames.

• Adaptable and capable of multitasking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in designing process workflows and developing standard operating procedures.

• Fundamental understanding of data structures.

• Capacity to work indoors at a desk for extended periods.

• Ability to understand and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Competent in interacting professionally with all levels of the organization and functioning well as a team member.

• Willingness to work occasional overtime when required.
