International Recruitment Specialist – Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance placements by renewing accounts and expanding existing relationships.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage accounts for designated relationships.

• Identify and reach out to potential large host employers to grow the platinum team portfolio.

• Supervise hiring activities and services to optimize placements and fulfill employer requirements.

• Offer consultations regarding hiring needs, participant markets, and available hiring services.

• Represent CIEE at regional and national trade shows as necessary.

• Work in conjunction with Seasonal Exchanges teams to assist BridgeUSA participants from application through to program completion.

• Recruit program participants for host employers in person, internationally, or via virtual platforms.

• Keep an accurate and comprehensive sales database.

• Travel internationally as required to achieve program placement goals and objectives.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification from abroad).

• A minimum of 2–3 years of prior experience in customer success and/or account management is essential.

• Experience studying or working internationally is preferred.

• Proficient in computer applications including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.

• Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.

• Strong capability to juggle multiple tasks while managing daily project responsibilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Energetic and collaborative team player.

• Background check, reference check, and verification of education and employment are mandatory conditions of employment.
