International Recruitment Specialist, Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance placements by renewing accounts and expanding existing relationships.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage accounts assigned to you.

• Identify and cold call potential large host employers to incorporate into the platinum team portfolio.

• Oversee hiring activities and services to optimize placements and fulfill employer requirements.

• Offer expert advice on hiring needs, participant markets, and hiring services.

• Represent CIEE at regional and national trade shows as necessary.

• Work alongside Seasonal Exchanges teams to ensure successful Bridge USA participant experiences from application to program completion.

• Recruit program participants for host employers in person, overseas, or virtually.

• Keep an accurate and comprehensive sales database.

• Travel internationally as required to achieve program placement goals and objectives.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent international qualification).

• At least 2–3 years of prior experience in customer success and/or account management is essential.

• International study or work experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong time management skills.

• Proven capability to multitask while managing daily projects effectively.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Energetic team player.

• Background check, reference check, and verification of education and employment are required as conditions of employment.
