This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of key international partnerships within designated regions.
• Align partnership implementation with the International Growth team and regional Sales leadership to meet opportunity and revenue objectives.
• Identify, engage, and incorporate commercial, technical, and delivery capabilities from primary partners into active customer opportunities and deployment processes.
• Create and execute scalable, standardized frameworks and operational processes for partnerships.
• Evaluate partner performance and market challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and Finance during 6- and 12-month review checkpoints.
• Develop business cases for scaling, maintaining, adjusting, or enhancing market coverage.
• Formulate partnership execution strategies across international markets.
• Mobilize priority partners to provide verified commercial, technical, or delivery capabilities.
• Standardize repeatable partner engagement models and workflows.
• Identify operational limitations and generate data-informed recommendations for partnership capacity allocation.
• Represent Onebrief to senior leaders within international military, government, enterprise, and coalition sectors.
• Utilize CRM, PRM, Onebrief, and collaboration tools to facilitate partnership operations.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in partnership management, alliance development, or strategic go-to-market execution.
• Extensive knowledge of international markets, defense technology, enterprise SaaS, or complex government sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing partnership strategies from inception.
• Experience in identifying key markets and partners, securing initial partnerships, and establishing scalable approaches.
• Proven thought leadership with the ability to design scalable solutions for intricate international go-to-market challenges.
• Proficient in analyzing ambiguous operational issues and assessing complex alternatives.
• Ability to lead through expertise and influence across distributed, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• History of creating metric-driven partnership models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally 50% to 75% of the time.
• Possession of a valid passport or the ability to obtain one quickly.
• Willingness and capability to acquire and maintain a security clearance if necessary.
• Preferred: experience in defense technology ecosystems, military planning workflows, or international allied frameworks.
• Preferred: experience in scaling international channel, technical integration, or co-selling partner models.
• Preferred: international business development experience in Europe, Asia-Pacific, or the Middle East.
• Preferred: experience in high-growth, venture-backed technology environments.
