This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +4 more countries.
• Take charge of the International MI marketing strategy and plan, determining priorities, selections, and marketing allocations across various markets and zones.
• Provide guidance to the International MI GM regarding growth priorities, portfolio choices, and commercial trade-offs.
• Connect product marketing priorities with zone growth strategies, market needs, and business results.
• Convert product priorities into a practical marketing strategy for different zones.
• Utilize market analytics and historical performance data to steer marketing investments.
• Establish the portfolio value proposition and messaging strategy for international markets.
• Create messaging guidelines, launch priorities, and go-to-market toolkits.
• Drive customer segmentation and translate clinical and technical product insights into messaging that appeals to buyers.
• Develop strategies for key care pathways, academic institutions, and opportunities for cross-portfolio growth.
• Provide commercial teams with necessary collateral and marketing communications.
• Oversee the International NPI go-to-market strategy, including launch positioning, campaigns, and market sequencing.
• Transform NPI strategy into toolkits, campaigns, and launch materials that are ready for the zones.
• Monitor post-launch activation and market adoption, adjusting promotional strategies as required.
• Formulate the International participation strategy for congresses, trade shows, webinars, and customer programs.
• Develop comprehensive digital, KOL, and social campaign strategies.
• Assess campaign and funnel performance and reallocate investments across zones and programs.
• Offer market, customer, and competitive insights to influence the roadmap and portfolio decisions.
• Represent International priorities in the WWPP and LTS planning processes.
• Suggest growth opportunities, competitive risks, and prioritizations to the GM and CMSO.
• Drive the commercial training and enablement strategy while identifying new enablement methods through tools, resources, and AI integration.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, product marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
• A proven track record of developing strategies and executing them effectively.
• Demonstrated success in creating marketing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans that have driven product or portfolio growth.
• Experience in leading NPI launch strategies, campaigns, and demand generation programs in a matrixed, cross-functional, and multi-country environment.
• Strong analytical and business skills, including market sizing, forecasting, and competitive/win-loss analysis.
• Capability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage credibly with general managers and executive leadership without formal authority.
• Extensive experience across international or multi-region markets, various cultures, time zones, and differing levels of market maturity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in Imaging or the broader field of medical imaging/diagnostics is advantageous.
