International Distribution Manager – IT, Data Center Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify global distributors and channel partners for BACHMANN, Data Center Solutions, PDUs, rack infrastructure, and essential IT infrastructure.

• Utilize the current network to explore new markets and expand sales channels.

• Integrate Power Distribution Units and data center solutions into relevant partner portfolios.

• Engage in discussions at the executive decision-maker level.

• Negotiate listings, commercial conditions, and collaborative growth strategies.

• Transform partnership contacts into actual partnerships and revenue streams.

• Provide market insights to assist in the development of international distribution.

• Collaborate closely with the sales lead.

• Establish an international distribution and channel network beyond Germany.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in international B2B sales.

• Established network within the international IT channel, IT distribution, data center environment, or DCS sector.

• Relevant connections among distributors, partners, manufacturers, decision-makers, and market participants.

• Experience in IT distribution, IT channel sales, channel management, partner management, data center solutions, data center infrastructure, rack and IT infrastructure, critical infrastructure, or Power Distribution Units (PDUs).

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Excellent proficiency in the English language.

• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

• A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a passion for establishing new structures.
